    • The initial deposit is payable upfront in full before we begin working on your trip request.

    • The fee can be adjusted in your final total if you choose to book the entire end-to-end trip with us.

    • The consulting and trip designing fee is non-refundable should your trip not materialize or get canceled.

    • 18% GST is applicable.
