It all began with a question-Why do people look at travel as a means of escape and not as a way of life and how can we change that?
More thoughts led to the noise around travel. Travel, the way it is done now, predictably starts with the thought of taking a break and immediately you think about where to go. Destination takes over and so does the urge to find the best deal. More boxes ticked, sweeter will be the deal.
And before you embark on your tour, you slog to compensate for the time taken off work. Pre-travel guilt-sometimes triggered by people around you, more often then not self-induced.
Travel begins.
Some thousand miles, places, food, photos and souvenirs later, your trip ends.
And then you come back home. The same person. Just exhausted. And empty.
This is not travel. At least, not our way of travel.
So we embarked on another journey. From ‘where’ to ‘why’ of travel.
And so, Lazooli.
